During the celebrations of 5th edition of the Starlite Gala, aimed at raising funds for philanthropic purposes, Mr. Carlos Slim was granted the Starlite Humanitarian Award 2014 for his altruistic efforts benefitting millions of people.
Actor Antonio Banderas, founder of the Lágrimas y Favores Foundation, played host to the event that gathered celebrities from the corporate, political and cultural scenes worldwide.
