The Asociación Rafael Banquells awards Mr. Carlos Slim for his professional and philanthropic excellence.

Mr. Carlos Slim, President for Life of the Carso Group, received the Emilio Azcárraga Milmo Award, granted by the Asociación Rafael Banquells, A. C., for his professional and philanthropic excellence, during the 28th Bravo Awards Ceremony.
“It is an honor to give our maximum recognition, the Emilio Azcárraga Milmo Award, to Mr. Carlos Slim Helú, paramount of culture and professional achievement,” stated Mrs. Silvia Pinal.
Mr. Roberto Slim, General Director of Ostar Grupo Hotelero, received the award on behalf of Mr. Carlos Slim, and emphasized that it reflects, once again, the strong brotherhood that exists in this guild. “I would like to be very brief, and on behalf of Mr. Carlos Slim, thank this valuable recognition. The commitment, the support, the compliment it is for us to continue joining this ongoing effort. Doña Silvia, Doña Amparo, thank you very much. Congratulations!”, he expressed.
The Asociación Rafael Banquells, founded and chaired by Mr. Silvia Pinal, is a civil association supporting members in retirement of the artistic guild in Mexico.
