The 24thPlenary Meeting of the Montevideo Circle Foundation was held on 10 and 11 October. Mr. Carlos Slim, Business Chairman of the Foundation, took part in this meeting, which was held with the title “The Certainty of Uncertainty” in the 2018 edition.
The goal of the Montevideo Circle Foundation is to open up new paths, from a Latin American perspective, in these new times that the world is living. The plenary meetings held by the foundation summon presidents and other top-ranking officials from throughout Latin America and Europe, as well as the leaders of international organizations and multilateral credit bodies, intellectuals, and a range of personalities from different countries, enabling them to share professional and personal experiences.
